Well today is a bad day for the Indian and Punjabi cinema as
they had lost Ajit Deol. Abhay Deol’s father passed away at Sunridges hospital
in Juhu. He was admitted to the hospital Following some Gall bladder related
complications.
He is also the brother of the Hindi film Actor Dharmendra
too. The both brothers lived in Punjab Together and started their journey with
Punjabi movies only before coming to Hindi cinema. Ajit has acted in many
Punjabi movies and also had made some Punjabi movies.
Sunny deol and Abhay deol were also present along with
Dharmendra beside Ajit when he passed Away last night. The actor was ill from
last month but the complications got worst few days before.
He directed the films like Meharbanni, Santo Banto and
Pratiggya and were very successful. Dharmendra also worked in some films made
by ajit and he is famed as a great director and Actor in Punjabi cinema even
today also. He has contributed in Punjabi cinemas from a decade and we will
miss his place in Industry. We pay a tribute to the very Talented actor and
Director and May his Soul Rest in Peace.
