The blockbuster movie of salman khan is now under a legal issue in court. Yes a lawyer has filed a case against the movie that the movie story is copied.
A lawsuit filed by Mahim Joshi alleged that the story of Bajrangi Bhaijaan has been plagiarised. During the hearing, Bombay high court refused to stay the world television premier of the movie on October 10. Justice Gautam Patel, however, directed that all the proceeds of the film should not be touched and kept aside during the pending of the notice of motion taken out in the suit. The HC said it was not inclined to grant a stay on the TV premier show but ordered that the proceeds of the film should be kept separately until the matter was decided.
The notice of motion taken out by the plaintiff, Mahim Joshi, in the suit filed by him had urged the court to stay the television release of the film which has run housefull shows since its release on Eid this year.
The plaintiff said that he has written the story and registered it with Film writers association and when he saw his movie was copied he filled for it against court. The next hearing is on 20 October and also filed for compensation.
Well let me remined you that Bajrangi bhaijaan is a movie of man who helps a mute girl to reach Pakistan his home...
