We all know that today is the birthday of the greatest superstar that Indian cinema has ever produced. Yes we are talking about the GOD of South Rajinikanth and today he turns 62. Its has bee almost 40 years of him to work in cinema and he is consider as the GOD in south industry and people of south.
Not even in tamil but he also worked in hindi cinema and has
a trademark in the bollywood film industry.
So here we are on his birthday with a list of some of his
most popular and famous Movies of all time which were super hit and earned a
huge profit.
1- Mullum Malarum
The film was released in the year 1978 and he won a special prizefor best actor at the tamil nadu film awards and also gathered a huge female following after this film.
2- 16 Vayathinile
He played a villager role in the film and the famous dialogue “Ithu Eppadi Irukku” was very famous in the film…..well it means How is it… Te film also won four state awards.
3- Bairavi
The film was released in the year 1978 and from this film only he received the title of Superstar and became a huge actor. It was also the first tamil film to cast rajini as a hero.
4- Ninaithale Inikkum
The rajini sir played a role of a guitarist in the film while Kamal Hassan was the singer in the film and was released in the year 1979. In the film the superstar is asked to flip the cigarette in air 10 times or lose his finger.
5- Sri Raghavendrar
Rajini also played the role of the hindu saint Raghavendra in the film who is his spiritual guru. The movie was a flop at the box office but still the performance of Rajinikanth is remembered. When he was asked about his favourite movie.This was on number one.
6- Blood Stone
The Hollywood film also include Rajinikanth and was a mystery adventure film. Te film was a flop but is is remembered for the star’s Debut in English cinema.
7- Baasaha
The film was released in the year 1995 and includes Nagma
and Raghuvaran along with Rajini who plays a role of a protagonist. The punch dialogues
was very famous in the film….
