According to the media reports, Shahrukh Khan might replace Ranveer Singh in Padmavati.Reportedly, Ranveer Singh has backed out from the project.The story is about a queen Padmavati, and has two heroes in it. Ranveer Singh, who won almost all the awards in the last year for Sanjay Leela Bansali's Bajirao Mastani, isn't eager to work on the same things again and again after Superhits films like Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela and Bajirao Mastani. Because movie Padmavati have same genre like his previous films.

Shah Rukh Khan and Sanjay Leela Bansali had worked together in 2002's iconic film of the cinema Devdas. Apparently, King Khan is quite happy with the script and is ready to do the role. If SRK will do Padmavati it will be his second movie with Sanjay Leela Bansali.
